This is private sleep coaching for babies & toddlers for parents who are done guessing, done crowd‑sourcing, and done negotiating with exhaustion.

Most parents don’t struggle with sleep because they aren’t trying hard enough. They struggle because they’re piecing together advice that was never meant to work together.

Sleep becomes fragile when it’s reactive. Sleep becomes sustainable when it’s designed.

My approach is calm, structured, and decisive. No guessing. No constant tweaking. No endless troubleshooting.

We build a sleep system that works — and then we let it work.

The Earlier, The Better

Babies are not “too young” to sleep well. The baby phase is the easiest time to establish strong sleep foundations.

About Jessica


I’m a mother of four and an educator by training (M.Ed).


All of my children were consistently sleeping 10–12 hours per night by 14 weeks, and 3 hours of naps per day followed shortly. This wasn't because they were “natural sleepers,” but because sleep was treated as a designed system, not a guessing game.


I’ve done this work while managing a full household, and with a partner with a demanding work schedule. This work lives in real life, not perfect conditions.


Sleep is the ultimate luxury. Not because it’s indulgent, but because it changes everything.
